Benefits of the Ingredients Used in Soothing Rose Serum

Rose powder

You can either prepare rose powder by grinding sun-dried rose petals or get it easily from Amazon and other online shopping markets. Rose powder is known for its excellent soothing effects for the sensitive skin. It has anti-inflammatory properties. It inhibits the inflamed skin produced by exposure of UV rays and also has the capability to reduce fine lines and wrinkles thus useful for anti-ageing effects on the regular usage. Gives extreme cooling, refreshing and reflective glow too.

Aloe Vera Gel

Aloe vera is widely known for its cooling effect that helps soothe irritated skin. In fact it do has an anti-inflammatory property that works wonders on any skin type providing natural glow on the regular usage. Method

Things you need:

  • 1 tbsp rose powder
  • 3 tbsp aloe vera gel
  • 1 tbsp jojoba oil
  • 1 tbsp rose oil

Directions:

To make this soothing rose serum for sensitive skin, all you need is 1 tbsp rose powder, 3 tbsp aloe vera gel, 1 tbsp jojoba oil and 1 tbsp rose oil. Give a good mix and store it in the small pump bottle. Use it as a serum daily before you go to bed. The results are amazing for treating irritated skin. Use commercial aloe vera gel in order to have a good binding with other ingredients used in the serum. Shelf life of the final product depends on the shelf life of ingredients used.

Note:

  • Perform patch test before you use this serum and check if you are allergic to any of the ingredient used in the soothing rose serum.
  • Make sure you are compatible in applying the serum during night time since many people may feel common cold and fever, since many people are allergic to aloe vera gel when applied during night.
