METHOD

Things You Need-

  • Handful Onion Peels
  • 1-2 cups Water
  • Honey as per requirement
  • 1 Inch Ginger

Directions-

To make this tea, place a vessel on low flame and add in filtered water.

Add in onion peels and grated ginger and let it simmer for a few minutes until the peels become soggy and soft.

Once you see the colour has changed, turn off the flame and strain the tea. Add in honey or any sweetener of your choice. We would recommend using honey as it adds on to its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial benefits. Sip on it while it is still warm.
