Things You Need-

  • 1 cup fresh aloe vera gel
  • 1 cup cow milk
  • Essential Oils if you like

Directions-

To begin with, you first need to extract fresh aloe vera gel from aloe vera leaf, please note that you cannot use commercial aloe vera gel because it does not work the same way as fresh aloe gel. For best results, stick to fresh gel only.

Extract gel and put it in a blender along with cow milk. Now, your you can also use any milk alternative if you’re vegan but, milk works the best. Another great alternative to dairy milk could be coconut milk. Add in some essential oils if you want and blend it together until smooth. Transfer this to a spray bottle and spray it on your scalp and hair. Saturate your hair nicely with this aloe milk and wear a shower cap. Let it sit for two hours at least and then wash your hair as your normal would.
