DIY BB CREAM

RECIPE FOR BB CREAM

Things You Need-

  • 2-3 tablespoons aloe vera gel
  • ¼ teaspoon vitamin E oil
  • Enough Mineral Powder

Directions-

Firstly, you need mineral compact or loose powder in this recipe. Make sure that it is organic and it should should be quite close to your natural skin tone. Now, take a bowl and add an aloe vera gel. Add in vitamin E oil and mix it until it is well emulsified. Going forward, add in the powder depending on the coverage that you desire. Mix it well until it is homogeneous and lump free and transfer it to an easy to use jar. Use it as a regular BB cream or tinted moisturizer.

Aloe Gel

Aloe vera gel has hydrating and moisturizing properties. It also has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and skin softening effects. Commercial aloe vera gel contains emulsifiers that helps emulsify the powder, water and oil ingredients together. It gives a great gel base to the final product and also blends well. Suits every skin type.

Vitamin E Oil

Vitamin E oil improves the shelf life of the final product. It also has skin moisturizing and anti-oxidant effects. Vitamin E in this recipe makes this a great skin care product and not just a tinted moisturizer. It also keeps your skin soft and smooth and repairs your skin while you have the product on.

Mineral Compact or Loose Powder

Mineral powders are great for your skin as they do not oxidize on the skin and has skin care benefits as well. It is important to opt for an organic brand for best results.

NOTE-

  • If you do not want to use a mineral powder or if you do not have it, you can add in cocoa powder or arrowroot powder depending on what shade you want. Customize it the way you want.
