Castor oil is a natural laxative and it is quite well known for treating constipation problem. It improves bowel movement and helps with hard stool. Ideally, you are supposed to have a tablespoon of this in the morning. If you are not able to swallow it directly, add it to your coffee or tea.

Spinach
