You can also make your own body scrub using some salt, simply mix fine epsom salt with some olive oil and use it as a body scrub. Oatmeal

Oatmeal has anti inflammatory and skin soothing effects. It helps reduce acne redness and also helps treat it effectively. You can make oatmeal scrub by mixing enough rolled oats with olive oil and add in few drops of peppermint essential oil. Mix it really well and use it as a body scrub in the shower. Coffee grounds help unclog pores and keep skin clear. You can make a coffee body scrub by simply mixing coffee grounds with some jaggery and a little water to make a spreadable paste. Use this to scrub your damp skin before a shower.

Himalayan Pink Salt

Himalayan pink salt has detoxifying and skin purifying effects. You can make a scrub by combining fine himalayan pink salt with coconut oil or almond oil and use it to scrub your body in the shower.
