Papaya

Like I said earlier, papaya is the fruit that is a great source of essential nutrients and vitamins A, B and C. The enzymes that it contains have amazing skin brightening and softening properties and it nourishes the skin as well. Helps fight pigmentation, and even skin tone including melasma. Buffs away dead skin layer and reveals fresh glowing skin. It is also rich in antioxidants called as lycopene that helps fight visible signs of ageing.

Milk

Milk has anti-tan, anti- pigmentation, skin softening and brightening benefits. It nourishes and moisturizes skin and is suitable for all skin types. If you have combination to oily skin type, you can use low-fat milk instead. Milk also helps reduce any skin inflammation and helps lighten dark spots. Events out skin tone and adds a beautiful glow.

Honey

Honey is a natural humectant, meaning it keeps skin hydrated. Softens and nourishes as well. Honey has natural mild bleaching properties that helps lighten dark spots, dark circles and is also great for any pigmentation on the skin. Helps even out skin tone and reduce suntan as well. METHOD:

Things you need-

  • 1/3 cup diced ripe papaya
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions-

To make this papaya face mask, grab a bowl and add in diced fresh papaya. Add in milk and honey and mash it really well until it is a lump free. To make this process easier, you can also blend the ingredients together. Apply this on your facial skin and neck. Can also be used for the whole body. Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse it off. Pat dry and follow up with your regular skin care routine.
