Fenugreek seeds
Fenugreek seeds are rich in iron and protein which are two essential nutrients in promoting hair growth. They are high in nicotinic acid content which is beneficial in fighting against hair fall and dandruff. In short fenugreek seeds can be called as storehouse of minerals since it has folic acid, Vitamin A, K and C which are beneficial in reducing hair fall. It hydrates and moisturizes the scalp. And it helps in strengthening hair follicles.
Flax seeds
Flax seeds are known to strengthen hair follicles and helps with faster hair growth as they are rich in B vitamins. It is also rich in vitamin E which reduces the effects of free radicals on the scalp. Flax seeds contain a plant-based oil that may help seal the hair cuticles thus helps in preventing the hair breakage and frizz for optimal growth. - Flax seeds
- Water
Note – Make sure to use fenugreek seeds and flax seeds in equal quantities.
Directions:
To prepare this miracle hair water, take a small mixing bowl and add fenugreek seeds and flax seeds in equal quantities and as per your hair length and need. Wash them thoroughly. Now soak them in the water and let it stay overnight. Can soak them from between 24 hrs to 36 hrs. Once they are soaked nicely, strain the mixture and transfer the infused mixture to the spray or dropper bottle.
Usage:
Spray this miracle water all over your hair concentrating roots and give it a mild massage. So basically you should rinse your hair with this infused mixture before shampoo on the day of your shower.
