METHOD:
Things You Need-
- Handful Fresh Rose Petals or 1 cup Rose Water
- Handful Fresh Mint Leaves
- Few drops Rosemary Oil
- Few drops of your Favourite Essential Oil
Directions-
To make this hair shine elixir, you need to pluck fresh rose petals. Place a vessel on medium flame and add in 1 to 2 cups of water. Add in rose petals, mint leaves and stir it for a few seconds. Scrunch the rose petals gently to bruise it to release natural oils. Put a lid and let it simmer on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes or until the rose petals lose its colour. Turn off the flame and strain the water. If you do not have fresh rose petals, you can use 1 cup rose water instead and adjust the water quantity accordingly. Add a few drops of Rosemary oil and also a few drops of your favourite essential oil. We would recommend using rose or lavender essential oil because not only do they have great hair care benefits but they also make your hair smell really good. Use this water as a last hair rinse that is after shampooing and conditioning.
