Okra

Okra or ladies finger is a great skincare ingredient. It has anti-inflammatory and skin polishing effect. Okra adds a reflecting glow and makes your skin super soft and plump. It is also infused with essential vitamins that nourish the skin. All you need to do is boil some okra and blend it until it forms a smooth sticky paste. Apply it on your facial skin and neck and massage for five minutes. Let the residue sit for 5 to 10 minutes and wash it off.

Avocado

Avocado contains essential fatty acids and it is super moisturizing. If you have dry and flaky skin or if winter has taken a toll on your skin, using an avocado face mask can instantly make your skin soft and heal dry patches. All you need to do is blend fresh avocado pulp until it is creamy and use it as a 20 minute facial mask.

Yogurt
