I absolutely love using coffee in my skin care routine and be it any commercial product or DIY, I make sure to incorporate coffee or caffeine ( at least! ) in my routine for sure. Just as your body needs a wake-me-up in the morning, coffee or caffeine works the same for your skin. It is rich in caffeine and there have been a lot of research studies on its anti-oxidant effects and great skincare benefits. You need to mix together the oil with coffee grounds and place it on a double boiler for one hour. Strain out the oil using a muslin cloth and squeeze out all the extract as much as you could. Transfer this to an easy-to-use dropper bottle and use it as and when required.
