All you have to do is brew 2 cups of strong green tea and let it cool down completely. After shampooing and conditioning, pour this on your scalp and leave it on. Add in few drops peppermint oil for added benefits.
Cinnamon Tea Rinse
Cinnamon mildly irritates the scalp and this helps boost circulation and hair growth. All you have to do is simmer 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder in 1 cup of water. Let it cool down completely and use it as your last step after a hair wash. You don’t need to wash it off, leave on the residue.
