Things you need-

- 1 small fresh ginger

Directions-
Get fresh pineapple and dice it. Add 1/3 cup of fresh pineapple into a blender along with one small diced ginger. Squeeze in juice of half a lemon and turmeric powder. Add honey and blend everything well together until smooth and lump-free. Strain it out using a strainer and have this tonic directly. Best consumed in the morning and before bedtime. Can also be added to warm water and consumed as a tea for cough and cold.
