METHOD:

Things you need-

  • 1 cup warm water 
  •  2 tbsps fresh lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions-

To make this lemon water take a pan and heat 2 cups water on low flame. Pour it in a cup, add 2 tbsps of freshly squeezed lemon juice and a pinch of salt if you like. Let it cool down to consumable temperature. Now add 1 tbsp honey. Have this drink every morning on empty stomach. 

NOTE:

  • The water must be lukewarm and not hot.
  • Don’t add honey in very hot water.
  • If you have a chronic acidity problem, you should consult a doctor before consuming it.
  • Proper diet and regular exercise are important for fast and better results.
