RECIPE FOR BLACK SEED HAIR MASK

BENEFITS OF INGREDIENTS USED IN BLACK SEED HAIR MASK TO BOOST HAIR GROWTH

KALONJI SEEDS

Kalonji seeds, also known as black seeds or Nigella sativa seeds are rich in essential fatty acids, particularly omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are known to nourish the hair follicles. These nutrients help promote healthy hair growth and can potentially reduce hair loss. The protein content in kalonji seeds helps strengthen the hair strands, making them less prone to breakage and damage. Stronger hair strands contribute to overall hair health and a fuller appearance.

The antifungal and antibacterial properties of kalonji seeds can help address common scalp issues such as dandruff and itching. Using kalonji seed oil or incorporating ground kalonji seeds into hair masks can nourish and moisturise the scalp, maintaining a healthy environment for hair growth. Regular use of kalonji seed oil or consumption of kalonji seeds may help delay the onset of premature greying of hair. The antioxidants present in these seeds help protect the hair follicles from oxidative stress, which can contribute to greying.

ROSEMARY OIL

Rosemary oil is renowned for its aromatic fragrance and is also a popular choice for promoting hair health. It is believed to improve blood circulation in the scalp, potentially stimulating hair follicles and promoting hair growth. It may help encourage thicker, fuller hair and reduce hair loss. The nutrients present in rosemary oil, including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, provide nourishment to the scalp. This can help maintain a healthy scalp environment, ensuring optimal conditions for hair growth.

Rosemary oil has strengthening properties that can fortify the hair shaft and make it more resistant to breakage and damage. Regular use of rosemary oil may improve the overall strength and resilience of the hair. The antimicrobial and antifungal properties of rosemary oil make it effective in controlling dandruff and soothing an itchy scalp. It can help reduce the flaking associated with dandruff and maintain scalp health.

ALOE VERA GEL

Aloe vera gel has excellent moisturizing properties, which can help combat dryness and keep the hair hydrated. It nourishes the hair shaft, reducing frizz and improving overall hair texture. Aloe vera gel has a cooling and calming effect on the scalp, making it beneficial for those with sensitive or irritated scalps. It can help alleviate scalp itchiness, redness, and inflammation, providing relief from conditions like dandruff or scalp psoriasis. Aloe vera gel contains proteolytic enzymes that can help repair and strengthen damaged hair follicles, reducing hair breakage and hair loss. It promotes a healthy scalp environment, supporting the growth of new hair. Aloe vera gel forms a protective layer over the hair strands, guarding against environmental pollutants, heat, and styling damage. It can also help minimize the impact of UV radiation, reducing the risk of sun damage to the hair.
