One of the easiest beauty rituals that we all can perform is just rubbing our face with ice cubes. It has got a lot of benefits and is effective as well. It can also be considered as the lazy girl’s skincare routine though. Why just keep it plain? Let’s have fun and benefits at the same time with the fermented water cubes with various ingredients used with it. So with that being said, in this article we are presenting some of the fermented cubes recipes. Without much delay let’s check them out –

Fermented cube recipes for beauty – all natural and super effective

Fermented Rice Water Cubes 

All you need to do is, just soak some rice in the water overnight (12 to 24hrs) and allow it to ferment. In the next morning, strain the infused mixture and just pour this fermented rice water on to the cube moulds and freeze it. Tada! The fermented rice water cubes are ready!!!

Fermented Fenugreek Water Cubes

This recipe is of similar approach of how you prepare fermented rice water cubes. Just soak some fenugreek seeds in the water, soak it overnight (12 to 24hrs) and allow it to ferment. Strain this infused water in the next morning and pour over the cube moulds and freeze it. You are ready and enjoy the benefits you get for your skin 🙂

Fermented Apple Water Cubes

To make this recipe, all you need to do is that take a jar and fill it up with the quarter part of water and add the apple pieces and secure it with a lid. Let it soak. After 2 days onwards (you can start seeing the bubbles), you should daily shake the jar and keep it. Do this till 4 to 5 days and then strain the infused mixture. 

Now pour the strained infused fermented apple water over cube moulds and freeze it. Fermented apple water cubes are ready to do the wonders.

Wine Cubes 

To make this recipe all you need to do is, take a jar and add 6 tablespoon of wine, 6 tablespoon of rose water and fill the rest with water. Let it soak overnight and pour the infused mixture over ice cubes tray and freeze it. This is an amazing recipe if you want to achieve that beautiful, glowing and bouncy skin.

Fermented Rose Water

All you need to do is that, fill the jar and add first ferment finished water kefir, handful of organic roses or edible flower rose petals. Let it ferment for 2 to 4 days. Strain the infused mixture after 2 to 4 days and add few drops of rosemary essential oil. Give it a very good mix. Pour this fermented rose water over the cube moulds and freeze it. That’s it!! You are done 🙂 

Fermented Cucumber Water

To prepare this recipe, all you need is a jar full of water, add 2 tbsp of sea salt and chopped cucumber slices into it. Leave it to ferment for 2 to 4 days. Strain this fermented cucumber water after 2 to 4 days that looks fizzy and pour over the cube moulds and freeze it. You are done!!

Fermented Coconut Water

To prepare this super effective recipe, take a jar full of sweet coconut (tender coconut water) water and add equal quantities of water kefir and milk kefir grains. Give it a very good mix and leave it to ferment for 2 to 4 days. Strain the infused fermented coconut water mixture and pour over the ice cube tray and freeze it. Fermented Turmeric Water

To prepare this anti-inflammatory rich properties recipe, make turmeric roots paste and add it to the jar full of water and allow it to ferment for 5 to 10 days at room temperature. Make sure to give a good mix or shake the jar once daily for over 5 to 10 days, until you feel it is fermented. Pour this fermented turmeric water over the cube moulds and allow it to freeze.   • You don’t get any benefits if you wrap up the thin cloth over these ice cubes as they are made from different ingredients. You are more likely to get the benefits with direct application.
  • Acne-prone skin people should seek their dermatologist’s advice before trying out any of the above recipes.
  • Avoid rubbing your face with ice cubes during night time especially close to your bed time, as it makes you more driven to cold, cough, fever, etc.
  • If nothing works with the ice cubes, as I mentioned you can use it as face masks by just transferring them over the spray or dropper bottles.
