Aloe Vera Gel

Aloe vera gel has hydrating, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. It helps keep your skin soft, clear and flawless. Aloe vera gel makes a great base in the recipe because it contains emulsifiers that brings together all the ingredients and emulsifies it together. Hydrates and moisturizes skin. Fight acne causing fungus and unclog pores. Keeps the skin clear and shine free.

METHOD:

Things you need-

  • 1/3 cup Rose Water
  • 1/3 cup Witch Hazel
  • 2 teaspoons Aloe Gel

Directions-

To make this face mist, take a jar and pour in rose water and witch hazel. Add in commercial aloe vera gel and mix it well until it is lump free and well emulsified. You cannot use fresh aloe vera gel in the recipe because it will not last longer and will go bad pretty quickly. Pour this into a spray bottle and shake it well before spraying on your facial skin. Use it on your face throughout the day and also before applying make up as a primer and after make up as a setting spray. Alternatively, you can also freeze this into ice cubes and rub it on your facial skin in the morning to de-puff and before make up to make it last longer.

Shelf life of the final product depends on the shelf-life of ingredients used.
