It is very important to make it a healthy one. Breakfast is often skipped and is really under rated especially if you have to go to work. Chia pudding is a very simple and quick recipe. Besides, you can also make it overnight for a quick morning breakfast. Not just quick but this breakfast option is also super healthy and rich in protein. Almond Pudding

To make almond Chia pudding, all you need to do is mix together 1 cup of almond milk with 5 tablespoons of Chia seeds. Mix it really well and add in honey as per taste. Also add in almond butter for better taste and nutrition. Stir it well and let it infuse for 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. Garnish with some roasted almonds and enjoy your breakfast.

Coconut Pudding

To make coconut Chia pudding, you need half cup of coconut milk, 3 to 4 tablespoons of coconut cream, honey as per taste and 3 to 4 tablespoons of chia seeds. Mix it all really well and let it infuse for 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. Garnish with some desiccated coconut and enjoy your coconut chia pudding for breakfast.

Oats Pudding

To make this high protein and yummy oats chia pudding, all you need to do is mix together half cup of oat milk with 3 to 4 tablespoons of chia seeds. To make oats milk, you have to blend together oats with milk and strain out the liquid using a muslin cloth. Add and some honey for taste and infuse it for 30 minutes or overnight. Garnish with your favorite fruits or roasted seeds and enjoy.         

Chocolate Pudding

To make chocolate chia pudding, mix together 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and a sweetener of your choice along with 3 to 4 tablespoons of chia seeds. Mix it really well and infuse it for 30 minutes or overnight. Garnish with some chocolate sauce or Nutella and enjoy!

Turmeric Pudding

To make this super healthy turmeric chia pudding, add a teaspoon of turmeric to half cup of milk along with some honey and mix it really well. Add in 3 to 4 tablespoons of chia seeds or more if required and infuse it for 30 minutes or overnight. Garnish with saffron or dry fruits and enjoy your turmeric chia pudding.

Protein Pudding

To make protein chia pudding, mix together a scoop of your regular protein powder with one cup of milk and add in 3 to 4 tablespoons of chia seeds. Mix it really well and infuse it for 30 minutes or overnight. Garnish it with your favorite fruits or whipped cream and enjoy your breakfast!

Yogurt Pudding

To make this thick and creamy yogurt pudding, mix together half cup of Greek yogurt, honey as per taste and 3 to 4 tablespoons of chia seeds. Mix it really well and infuse it for one hour or overnight. Have it for your breakfast!

Banana Pudding

To make banana chia pudding, dice a medium-sized banana and add it to 1 cup milk along with 3 to 4 tablespoons of chia seeds. Add in the sweetener of your choice and mix it really well. Infuse it for 30 minutes or overnight and have it for your breakfast. You can also add in some peanut butter to milk if you like.
