Fennel has anti-bloating and digestion regulating properties. You can have it after a heavy meal, before sleeping and also in the morning. Crush some fennel seeds and added to water. Simmer it on low flame for 10 minutes. Strain and have it while it is still hot.

Apple Cider Drink

Apple cider vinegar has pH balancing and anti-inflammatory effects that helps with water retention and bloating due to gas as well. All you need to do is add 2 tablespoons of unrefined mother apple cider vinegar to one cup of hot water. Consume this in the morning and also after a heavy meal.
