If you guys follow me on Instagram, you probably already know that I was on a no shampoo journey for a good 7 to 8 long years. It is only recently that I started using shampoo because I got my hair colored and using baking soda or reeta and shikakai was a strict no-no by my hair dresser. Even if I use a shampoo, I make sure that it is SLS free and natural. I also wash my hair with a lot of natural botanical powders. If you are someone who do not really have the time to experiment with alternatives, you can still customize your regular shampoo and make it even more nutritious and great for your hair according to your hair problems. Add few natural ingredients to your shampoo can definitely go a long way in maintaining healthy hair.
