Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar strengthens your hair follicle and boost hair growth. You can use diluted Apple cider vinegar as your last hair rinse. You can also use it as a scalp spray after hair washing and leave it on until your next wash.

Fenugreek Water

Fenugreek water is a very potent hair growth promoter. It improves scalp circulation and makes your hair longer and stronger. To make fenugreek water for hair, add 1/4 cup of fenugreek seeds in 2 cups of water and let it sit overnight. Strain it the next morning and use this water to wash your hair. This can also be used as a pre-shampoo hair mask.

Essentials Oils

Essential oils are nothing but potent botanical extracts that can be used for hair growth as well. Essential oils like rosemary oil, lavender oil, cinnamon oil, peppermint oil etc. can be used to boost scalp circulation and promote hair growth. You can make leave on scalp and hair mists by adding few drops of any of these essential oils or blend of these essential oils in rose water.

Curry Leaves

Curry leaves nourish the scalp and boost hair growth. It is a very potent Ayurvedic ingredient that helps grow your hair. To use curry leaves , you can blend it with some water and extract the juice and apply it on your scalp. Use a shampoo after one to 2 hours as you normally would.

You can make cinnamon tea by boiling cinnamon in water and use this water as the last hair rinse. Alternatively you can also add cinnamon essential oil in your shampoo and use it regularly.

Aloe Vera Gel

Aloe Vera gel is very effective when it comes to making your hair manageable and also boost your hair growth. Aloe Vera gel also makes your hair shinier and helps control frizz. You can extract fresh aloe Vera gel and blend it to make your aloe vera hair mask. Apply on your hair and wear a shower cap for 2 hours before you shampoo it all off.
