Guava is great as a fruit and is considered as a powerhouse of nutrients and is widely used. Guava leaves contain vitamin B and vitamin C that helps boost collagen required for hair growth. Yes, guava leaves are miraculous and wonderful ingredient that has the ability to stop hair fall and make it grow with vigour. These days, guava leaves are gaining huge popularity as hair thickening ingredient that promotes rapid hair growth. But how exactly can we stop hair fall with guava leaves?
Many a times we think if a person is suffering from hair loss, it’s due to bad scalp condition. No, it’s not about only the bad scalp conditions but also depends on how your hair care routine goes like, how you treat your hair, your diet, topical treatments etc. Be it anything, guava leaves is in rescue.
Guava leaves have analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-fungal and antioxidant properties that have made popular as hair thickening ingredient. Most of the time, these leaves are used in hair rinses to treat dandruff, itchy scalp etc.

WAYS TO USE GUAVA LEAVES TO STOP HAIR FALL
Guava leaves tea for hair loss
This is the best and easiest way of incorporating guava leaves for hair fall treatment.
To prepare this concoction:
All you need to do is, take a pan and add some bunch of guava leaves. Pour water so that leaves are immersed in it. Boil the leaves for 20 minutes until they become smooth. Strain the mixture and let it cool.
Add this concoction to the spray bottle and spray it all over your scalp and hair focusing more on the scalp and massage it really well. Blood circulation is what helps in nourishing the hair follicles and strengthening them. Wash it after 2 hours. Do this thrice a week.
Guava leaf oil for hair
Guava oil for hair is made from steam distillation of guava leaves. This oil has many health and beauty benefits. For haircare, this oil is used to treat scalp infections, inflammation, dandruff, itchy scalp etc. Guava leaves are a great antioxidant that clears the free radicals and makes the scalp and hair healthy. The high nutrient value of this oil promotes healthy and strong hair.
To prepare this oil:
Take a blender and add sun dried guava leaves to grind it to a fine powder. Add this to a 1 cup of coconut oil and 4 capsules of vitamin E oil. Give it a good mix and store this mixture in a glass jar. Let this infused mixture stay for at least 3 to 4 days in a dark place. Strain and use this as hair oil and give a good massage to your scalp.

Guava leaves powder for hair growth
Guava leaves powder is the powder of dried guava leaves. This powder is equally nutritious and beneficial for hair as that of fresh guava leaves. It has a deep cleansing property that keeps the scalp clean from dirt. Green tea concoction and guava leaves paste for hair have many benefits like controlling dandruff, scalp infections, oily hair, and promoting hair growth.
To prepare this paste:
Sundry the fresh guava leaves to make them dry and blend it to form a powder. Take 4 tablespoon of guava powder, 4 tablespoon of hibiscus flowers powder and 4 tablespoon of amla powder. Give it a good mix and now add green tea to it to form a paste. Apply this paste all over your hair and wear a shower cap. Wash it after 2 hours. Use this twice a week for better results. You can prepare the powder blend and store it in an air-tight jar.
