Tanning
Tan is basically darkening of the natural color of the skin due to excessive sun exposure. If your skin is tanned badly you can try this home remedy. Take 1 TSP of rice flour in a bowl and add ½ TSP of gram flour, few drops of tomato juice and one half TSP coffee powder to make a thick paste. Add some curd and apply it all over the tanned area leave it for 20 to 30 minutes now wash it off while scrubing it with cold water. Use this home remedy twice a week for better results. Alternatively, you can also mix curd with orange peel powder and use it as a mask.
Heat boils
These are small bumps caused by a bacteria due to the presence of warmth and moisture. Sweating in the skin folds of our body makes the most favourable condition for the bacteria to grow in summers. One of the best remedy to get rid of heat boils is the combination of turmeric and tea tree essential oil . Take ½ TSP of turmeric add few drops of tea tree oil add some aloe vera gel. Mix and apply a thick paste on the affected area and let it dry. Wash it off with cold water. Turmeric and tea tree oil both have anti bacterial properties. This helps in healing that area and inhibiting the bacteria causing boils. Do note that hygiene is a must in summers. Wash skin regularly by using mild antibacterial soaps so as to prevent skin from heat boils.
Sweat odour
In summers most common issue faced by all is the sweat odour. Hot and humid condition can make you sweat and cause odour but it isn’t really the sweat causing odour! It is the bacteria present on our skin that break down the acid and as a result, it causes pungent odour. To avoid bad smell or sweat odour you can use tea bags on the area. Green tea has antioxidant and detoxifying properties. Also, you can add some crystals of rock salt in your bathing water. Another remedy is using a paste of baking soda mixed with water as a scrub so as to avoid the bad smell. Do note to use antibacterial soap and wear clean clothes and also take a bath everyday.
Acne, Excessive oily skin and Clogged pores:
All these three skin problems are interconnected with one another. In summers our skin becomes more oily due to excess oil secretion from our sebaceous glands making our skin look more oily and greasy which attracts dust dirt into our skin. Also pores in our skin which produce oil get blocked due to these dust, dirt and accumulated dead skin causing clogged pores which later leads to the development of acne and pimples on our skin.

Apple cider vinegar has the ability to kill the acne causing bacteria and also reducing inflammation. Use this face mask thrice a week for better results.
