METHOD:

Things you need-

  • 1/3 cup commercial aloe gel 
  •  1 tsp honey 
  •  few drops of lavender oil 
  •  few drops of rosehip oil

Directions-

To make this honey aloe sleeping mask take a bowl and add ⅓ cup commercial aloe gel. You cannot use fresh aloe vera gel as it will not emulsify with other ingredients in this recipe and will have a shorter shelf life. Add 1 tsp of honey and a few drops of lavender essential oil and rosehip oil. Mix the ingredients well and make sure that the final product is free from lumps and is homogenous. Store it in a clean container. Now, you can apply this honey aloe sleeping pack before bedtime. Use this consistently for the best results. 

NOTE:

  • Patch test beforehand to make sure none of these ingredients causes any kind of allergic reaction.
  • The shelf life of the mask depends on the shelf life of the individual ingredients used.
