Add a pinch of black pepper powder and honey as per taste requirement. Let it come to a boil and turn off the flame. Strain and consume this while it is still hot. Cumin Water
Cumin water detoxes your body and reduces body heat and keeps your skin clear. To make cumin water, all you have to do is add 2 to 3 tablespoons of cumin seeds to one cup of water and keep it in a copper vessel overnight. Strain it in the morning and drink this water on an empty stomach.
Fenugreek Water
Fenugreek water is a super potent drink that not only keeps your skin clear but also boosts your metabolism and makes your hair and skin super healthy. Simply add 2 to 3 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds to one cup of water and let it infuse overnight. Strain and drink this water the next morning.

To make fennel tea, all you have to do is add 2 tablespoons of fennel seeds to one cup of water and bring it to a boil. Strain and drink your fennel tea. Let it simmer for good 5 to 10 minutes and turn off the flame. Strain out the liquid and consume this herbal tea while it is still warm.
