Few days ago, I received a few skin care products from Digvijaya Herbals. The brand is certified organic and the best part is that all the products are curated by a doctor! I tried them for a week and here is a review on each product-
MY TAKE ON DIGVIJAYA HERBALS SKIN CARE PRODUCTS-
DUH OVERNIGHT REPAIR GEL
Made with ingredients like saffron, sweet almond oil, jojoba, carrot seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, rose,orange, grape seed, ylang ylang, and aloe vera. All the ingredients are researched and proved to have great skin brightening, nourishing and softening properties. The gel smells great, is super lightweight and my combination skin loves its consistency! I take a small amount and massage on my facial skin after cleansing and toning; it settles to a demi-matte finish and I wake up to soft and glowing skin. This gel should suit all skin types but it will specifically work great for combination and oily skin.

DUH ROSA
Distilled rose water that hydrates, refreshes & tones your skin leaving the skin scented with the luxurious pure rose fragrance. I love using rose water for skin and hair both and this works perfectly for that and also in DIY face mask recipes. Smells good and hydrates skin. Can be used as an all-day mist and toner too. I also love using it on my towel dried hair, keeps hair hydrated and shiny.

DUH CLEAR OIL CONTROL SERUM
Contains oils and extracts of Helianthus, Simmondsia Chinensis, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Juniper Berry and Lavender. This is a unique formulation with really mild fragrance that keeps oil at bay and also helps with acne. I haven’t tried such a unique product like this before; its an oil/serum that sets matte and keeps oil under control. I love using this on my t-zone and cheeks too if they feel oily or if its humid and hot. If you are someone dealing with excess facial oil and greasiness, this is the product for you. Also works great as a makeup primer especially for oily and combination skin.

DUH YOUTH AGE DEFYING SERUM
Contains oils & extracts of Helianthus, Olea europaea, Lavender, carrot seed, tocopherol, Simmondsia Chinensis, Geranium, Frankincense, Rosehip, Cedarwood and Ylang Ylang. All the oils in this serum have great anti-ageing properties that keep skin moisturized and looking youthful. Made to reduce early signs of aging and helps improve skin texture. I love using the oil on top of my moisturizer or as last step in my skin care routine, especially before bedtime and I wake up to moisturized and plump skin. Isn’t heavy on the skin and does not feel greasy, provided you use just a few drops. You can also mix a few drops with your night cream. If you have a sensitive nose, this product won’t bother you as the fragrance is super mild.

DUH SHINE FACE MASK
If you are someone who loves a basic multani mitti or clay face pack, this one’s going to be your favorite! Duh Shine face mask comes with the goodness of avena sativa, extracts of fresh dried rose petal, orange peel, santalum album, fullers earth etc. Helps in improving skin texture and fading off spots/pigmentation marks.
Mix it with rose water (Duh Rosa) or aloe vera gel; if you have dry skin add in some honey. You can also mix it with milk if you want. Make a paste and apply on face & neck. Leave on for 30 min and wash off with cool water. Do not forget to moisturize after as the mask can make your skin feel a little stretchy and dry. Use the mask at least 3 times a week for best results. Skin feels and looks glowing and brighter. I feel the mask is great for the price and little goes a long way!

DUH ANTI-ACNE GEL
With goodness of essential oils of tea tree, lavender, rosemary, peppermint, orange and aloe vera, it helps reduce acne and acne scars along with toning the skin tone giving a subtle glow. It is a great product for acne and it legit smells like tea tree oil. Apply on facial skin before bedtime to let it work overnight. Currently I do not have active acne but I do notice that my bumps (comedones) have become less noticeable. The gel settles to a demi-matte finish and leaves behind a subtle glow. Highly recommend for acne-prone skin!
