Cinnamon-

Cinnamon is quite known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. There has been a lot of research studies on the same and it is proved to have amazing antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Cinnamon helps inhibit bacterial growth that causes bad breath. It is also great for tartar and plaque and helps prevent cavities. Keeps your mouth smelling fresh and your teeth and gums healthy.

Peppermint Oil-

Peppermint oil has refreshing and fragrant properties that makes your mouth smell fresh. It also has anti microbial and anti inflammatory properties that keeps your teeth and gums healthy.

Turmeric-

Turmeric has been researched to remove stains from your teeth and whiten them. It also helps with bacterial growth in your mouth that causes bad breath. Keep your breath fresh and your teeth healthy. It’s also great for a number of mild oral infections including oral thrush.

METHOD:

Things you need-

  • 1 cup Filtered Water
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Directions-

Place a sauce pan on low heat and pour in water. Add in cinnamon powder and turmeric powder and store. Put a lid on top and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Let it completely cool down and strain this liquid. Add in peppermint essential oil and stir once it is completely cooled down, make sure it is not hot. Pour this into an easy to use jar and use it as a regular mouthwash. Swish this in your mouth thoroughly in the morning and before bedtime.
