Wild turmeric powder
Wild turmeric powder is known to have anti-bacterial property that kills acne causing bacteria due to the presence of certain bioactive ingredients. Regular usage of wild turmeric on face may help in fading dark circles, blemishes, dark spots, even out skin tone, add glow and has the ability to treat unwanted facial hair. It is also known to reduce scarring that is caused by acne.
Aloe vera gel
Aloe vera gel is immensely beneficial for your skin, especially when you are deeply tanned, have breakouts, itchiness, redness, acne scars etc. When applied, it acts like a barrier or as a protecting layer on the skin, reducing wrinkles and thereby fighting signs of aging. It also reduces acne and helps replenish natural moisture of the skin. Aloe vera is the main skincare ingredient that helps clarify skin very easily and also suits all the skin types.
Raw milk
Raw milk is the best cleanser that can be used daily. For sure we can see instant results with just wiping the skin with raw milk-dipped cotton pad. Helps treating dry skin since it acts as a good toner. Acts as a mild exfoliating and hydrating agent. Thanks to the lactic acid since raw milk helps clear dark spots, blemishes, lightens tanning and treats acne over time. Removes excess dirt from skin thus helping in rehydration as well.
Honey
Honey helps balance the bacteria in your skin and is great natural moisturiser that helps locking in moisture in your skin. It is also a natural exfoliator which helps in removing dead skin cells and reveals new skin underneath. It has anti-oxidants, anti-bacterial and anti-septic properties.
Hemp seed oil
Hemp seed oil is way beneficial in its own ways. The best thing about the hemp seed oil is that it is suitable for all skin types. It helps in moisturizing the skin without clogging the pores, hydrates the skin, helps in regenerating the new cells. It also acts as anti-inflammatory agent and helps in calming the inflamed skin. Hemp seed oil helps in treating acne as well and keeps the skin nourished and moisturised.
Method
Things you need:
- 1 teaspoon of wild turmeric powder
- 4 tablespoon of commercial aloe vera gel
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of raw milk
- 2-3 teaspoons of hemp seed oil (optional but best when used)
Directions:
1. Take a mixing bowl and add 1 teaspoon of wild turmeric powder, 4 tablespoon of commercial aloe vera gel, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of raw milk and 2-3 teaspoons of hemp seed oil.
2. Give it a very good mix.
3. Use it as a face mask.
Usage:
Apply the turmeric gel mask on a clean facial skin with the help of brush. Let it stay on for 15 to 20mins and then wipe it off using wet wash cloth. Follow up with the face wash with plain water and apply moisturizer.
Note – Make sure to use it twice a day.
