Aloe vera gel
Aloe vera gel is immensely beneficial for your skin, especially when you are deeply tanned, have breakouts, itchiness, redness, acne scars etc. When applied, it acts like a barrier or the protecting layer on the skin, reducing wrinkles and thereby fighting aging. It also reduces acne and helps replenish natural moisture of the skin. Aloe vera is the main skincare ingredient in helping getting the clear skin very easily and also suits all the skin types.
Wild turmeric powder
Wild turmeric powder is known to have an anti-bacterial property that kills the acne causing bacteria due to the presence of certain bioactive ingredients. On the regular usage of wild turmeric on face may help in fading dark circles, blemishes, dark spots, evens out skin tone, adds glow and has the ability to treat unwanted facial hair. It is also known to reduce scarring that is caused by acnes.
Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil has become popular nowadays since it shows great benefits in treating acne because of its anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. It even helps in preventing and reducing the acne scars that may be caused due to severe acne. It helps in giving smooth and clear skin. Tea tree oil also soothes redness, itchiness, swelling and inflammation.
Rosehip oil
Rosehip oil has deep moisturizing and nourishing properties. It has high concentration of essential fatty acids which are extremely beneficial for skin. Rosehip oil is rich in vitamin C and helps fading of scars, hyper pigmented skin, and skin damage. It is an effective antioxidant thus helps in reducing fine lines and wrinkles and is great for early signs of aging, Thanks to its anti-aging effects.
Method
Things you need:
- 4 tablespoon of commercial aloe vera gel
- 1 teaspoon of wild turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon of rosehip oil
- Few drops of tea tree essential oil
Directions:
To prepare this turmeric body gel, take a small mixing bowl and add 4 tablespoon of commercial aloe vera gel, 1 teaspoon of wild turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of rosehip oil and few drops of tea tree essential oil. Give them a very good mix. Store the mixture in the jar.
Usage:
Take some amount of this turmeric body gel and apply all over your body concentrating the neck parts, chest and hands and to legs as well. Best when applied on damp skin after shower. Give a good massage all over. Use daily and consistently for best results.
