Recipes For Easy Healthy Smoothies – A slurp-able drink

1. Overnight oats smoothie recipe

Things you need:

  • Chopped banana pieces (half)
  • Boiled milk – 2 cup
  • Chopped chikoo pieces
  • 2 teaspoon of basil seeds

Method:

Take a small bowl and add all the ingredients mentioned above. Give them a good mix and keep it in the refrigerator by covering it with an airtight container. In the next morning, take it out before you have it in prior for 30 minutes. And enjoy!! To this recipe u can add any fruit as per your choice. You can add papaya, mangoes, apple, blueberries, cranberries etc. to this recipe.

2. Choco banana smoothie recipe

Things you need:

  • Dark chocolate – 1 ounce
  • Chopped banana pieces (half)
  • Soy milk – 2 cup
  • A handful of basil leaves

Method:

Take a blender and add all the above mentioned ingredients. Blend all the ingredients to smooth. Pour it over your serving mug and sip your way to healthy life.

3. Pineapple smoothie recipe

Things you need:

  • Chopped pineapple pieces
  • Coconut milk – 2 cup
  • A dash of cinnamon powder 

Method:

Take a blender and add all the above ingredients. Blend them all to smooth mixture. Pour it over your serving mug and enjoy!!

4. Blueberry smoothie recipe

Things you need:

  • Handful of blueberries
  • Coconut milk – 2 cup
  • Wheat grass – few strands (optional)

Method:

Take a blender and add all the above ingredients. Blend them all to smooth mixture. Pour it over your serving mug and enjoy!!

5. Figs smoothie recipe

Things you need:

  • Chopped figs pieces
  • Almond milk – 2 cup
  • A dash of flaxseed powder

Things you need:

  • Chopped apple pieces

7. Green smoothie recipe

Things you need:

  • Spinach – handful of spinach leaves
  • Apple – few chopped pieces
  • Banana – few chopped pieces
  • Avocado – half ripe avocado pieces
  • Milk – 1 cup

Method:

Take a blender and add all the above ingredients. Blend them all to smooth mixture. It’s all ready to serve!!!

8. ABC smoothie recipe

Things you need:

  • Apple – few chopped pieces
  • Carrot – few chopped pieces
  • Beetroot – few chopped pieces (make sure to add apple, carrot and beetroot in equal quantities)
  • Ginger – half an inch
  • Orange – few pulps

Method:

Take a blender and add all the above ingredients. Blend them all to smooth mixture. Pour it over your serving mug, sip it and enjoy!!
