Cinnamon green tea
This tea is an excellent alternative for sugar-filled teas which is slightly sweetened with apple cider vinegar and has a touch of cinnamon and ginger. Coming to the recipe all you need to do is that, take a small bowl and add a cup of water. Let it boil for some time, now add green tea leaves, cinnamon stick (half an inch) and 1/8th spoon of ginger powder. Brew for 2mins and turn off the flame. Let it sit for 3 to 5mins, strain and serve hot with a touch of apple cider vinegar if you like.
Turmeric green tea
Let’s make our green tea more healthier with a dash of turmeric and ginger. To do this, Take a small bowl and add a cup of water, half teaspoon of turmeric and a dash of ginger powder with obviously some green tea leaves. Let it brew for good 5mins. Then turn off the flame, strain and serve hot. If you feel like adding honey, then make sure you are not adding to the hot water.
