ALOE VERA GEL

METHOD:
Things you need-
- 3-4 tbsps commercial aloe gel
- 1 tbsp coffee powder
- few drops of lavender essential oil
DIRECTIONS-
To make this coffee sleeping mask take a bowl and add 3-4 tbsps commercial aloe gel. You cannot use fresh aloe vera gel as it will not emulsify with other ingredients in this recipe and will have a shorter shelf life. Add 1 tbsp of coffee powder and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Mix the ingredients well and make sure that the final product is free from lumps and is homogenous.
Store it in a clean container. Now, you can apply this coffee sleeping mask before bedtime. Use this consistently for the best results.
