Liquid Castile Soap
Castile soap is any time better than synthetic sulfate shampoos because it is natural and also contains a natural oil-base to it. Helps cleanse The scalp very effectively and also removes excess sebum and dirt. Does not leave your hair or scalp feeling drier only to get oilier later and also helps with dandruff caused due to dry winter weather.
Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil is quite known for its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects. It is a well-known anti dandruff ingredient and is used commercially in a lot of anti-dandruff formulations. Tea tree essential oil helps combat dandruff caused due to fungus and it inhibits dandruff causing fungus effectively. Balances the natural micro-flora of the scalp and detoxes it. Tea tree essential oil is also great for scalp acne and itchiness.
Neem
Neem is quite known for its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects. It is used for dandruff and acne as well and it works as a great anti-acne ingredient in the recipe. Peppermint Essential Oil

METHOD:
Things you need-
- ½ cup liquid castile soap
- 10 drops tea tree essential oil
- 7-8 drops peppermint essential oil
- 2 tablespoons neem powder
Directions-
To make this amazing anti-dandruff shampoo, all you need to do is add liquid castile soap in a jar an add in the tree essential oil and peppermint essential oil. Stir gently and add in dried Neem powder. You can either use commercially available neem powder and use or you can make your own by simply sun drying neem leaves. Grind these dried neem leaves in a grinder until it until it is fine. Mix everything together and transfer this shampoo to an easy to use pump bottle. If you have severely dry scalp, feel free to add a tablespoon of sweet almond oil to the recipe. Use it as a regular shampoo.
