It is important to eat healthy and avoid specific foodstuffs that trigger acne, sleep well, stay stress-free and use good and effective skin care products and remedies. Commercially, you will find tons of products claiming to help clear acne. There are also medicated creams that do work but dry out the skin and can have long term side effects when used frequently and for longer period.
